We provide a range of gutter systems in a variety of materials to suit all industrial needs.

Trimline gutters have been designed to work with a profiled steel roof design. They can be manufactured to match the roof or flashings used on the building as they are made from the same material, maintaining consistency and good aesthetics.

They come in 2 forms, internal joggle jointed (overlapping one another) or joint with butt-straps and are generally fixed to the roof using Roof Brackets/Gutter Support Arms which can be made to suit any box profile roofing sheets.

GUTTERING MATERIALS

From galvanised to powder coated

We can manufacture theses gutters in the following materials:

Plastisol Leathergrain Colorcoat HP200 or HPS200
Double sided Plastisol
PVF2/PvDF
Prisma
Up to 3mm Aluminium (option for Powder Coating available)
Up to 3mm Pre Galvanised Steel (option for Powder Coating available)

GUTTERING TYPES

Box/Valley Gutters

We can also make heavy duty box gutters and valley gutters out of pre galvanised steel or Aluminium. These can be joggle jointed (overlapping one another) with pre-machined fixing holes. These are supplied with mastic tape and fixings.

Stop ends, corners, weir overflows & outlets can also be fabricated to suit the spec along with 50x6mm gutter brackets.

Membrane gutters can also be made from the large variety of membrane we stock.

BESPOKE GUTTERS

Insulated Gutters

We are one of very few companies in the UK who manufacture bespoke insulated gutters.

We can supply plastisol, galvanised and membrane insulated gutters to bespoke sizes and insulation thicknesses.

Fabricated items to suit such as stop ends, corners and patch outlets can be manufactured upon request.
