Durable leathergrain embossed plastisol for UK and Ireland roof and wall cladding applications.
Product Summary
Colorcoat® LG is a 200μm plastisol pre-finished steel product with a leathergrain emboss. It is designed for roof and wall cladding systems requiring good performance at a competitive price. It is REACH compliant, chromate-free, and manufactured in the UK by Tata Steel using a galvanised substrate in accordance with BS EN 10346:2015.
Warranty Information
Colorcoat® LG comes with an external performance guarantee of up to 30 years, including factory-cut edges. Coverage varies based on location (inland or coastal—defined as within 2km of the sea) and colour band.
Guarantees are available through GL Profiles Ltd.
Now includes the use of Colorcoat® LG under photovoltaic (PV) frame modules on a new roof. (Excludes individual domestic residential applications). For more information and terms and conditions, please contact ourselves.
Important Notes:
- For higher performance needs and aggressive environments, consider Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra®
- Tata Steel uses laboratory tests to measure performance against corrosion, effect of sunlight, chemicals and abrasion. All testing of products is carried out in specialised laboratories to international standards
